At Withuss, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, anti-tarnish jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we are here to assist.

 

 

1. No Returns or Refunds Policy

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preferences, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

 

 

2. Defective or Damaged Products

We accept return or exchange only in the following case:

  • The product you received is defective or damaged during transit.

Conditions for Eligibility:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging, along with any tags or accessories included.

 

 

3. Verification & Process

Once we receive your claim:

  • Our team will inspect the photos/videos and verify the defect/damage.

  • If approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

    • A replacement of the same product, or

    • A store credit for the same value (valid for future purchases).

 

 

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept return or refund requests for the following reasons:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design from product images.

  • Wear and tear due to usage.

  • Delays in delivery caused by shipping partners.

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of receiving the product.

 

 

5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will arrange reverse pickup wherever possible. In some cases, you may be required to send the product back to our address. Shipping costs for returning a defective product will be covered by us.
